You can extract recordings with iTunes USB file sharing:
Use this way to extract recorded files:
1. Connect your iPad to any computer with iTunes (its even on someone else iTunes with other iPhones).
2. You dont need to sync or anything else.
3. Your iPad name should appear on the left side
4. Select apps tab.
6. In the bottom, youll see apps that uses iTunes USB file sharing.
7. Microphone + Recording should appear thier, and youll find recorded files

I dont know about you guys but my microphone records incredibly low! even when I record directly into the phone. Im dissatisfied.
Great app
I love this app. I use it for our praise team to send out recordings via email later in the week. It makes my job as worship leader a lot easier!
This app is simple and easy to use. Unlike what another reviewer has said, I have had no issues of it turning off while in use. The recording sound is clear. No issues whatsoever!
I have been using this for about 4 months, and at first, everything was great, but now, the slider counter at the bottom (so you can just fast forward to where you want to listen) has disappeared, and the recordings are starting to loop onto themselves. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling - no luck. Will uninstall permanently now and look for something else.
